What if an item arrives broken or I’m unhappy with it and I want a refund?
We want you to love your order! If for any reason you don’t, let us know and we’ll make things right. We do offer straight up refunds for products that are damaged. Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and pictures of the product. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your item for some other reason please contact us and someone from our team will help you.
Where is my order?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
– you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (90 days)
– you receive the wrong item
We do not issue the refund if:
– your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
– your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
What if I want to return an item?
We accept returns of full priced goods within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return kindly contact us for confirmation and await shipping instructions before proceeding.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition they were received in, with tags attached. Returns may be refused and sent back to you at your cost if found to be in unsatisfactory condition.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Intimates can not be returned (underwear, socks, swimwear, tights).
