When will my order ship?
To keep costs to a minimum we despatch your goods directly from our manufacturers. Delivery times are typically 15-40 days depending on your location. US customers will typically receive their orders within 25 days although this may be longer in peak periods.
Important! Coronavirus-Related Shipping Delays: Because of the COVID-19 and high volume of orders our distribution center is experiencing delays and shipping times can’t unfortunately be guaranteed. Please be patient and kindly wait for your order. We are doing everything we can. We offer full refund if you don’t receive your order within 90 days.
Where’s my tracking number?
We have sent you the tracking number to your email address. For some destinations it is not possible to provide a tracking number because of limitations imposed on us by foreign delivery companies. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
I think my package is missing?
If you have not received your order within the standard shipping time, please check with your local delivery system to ensure the package was not mistakenly placed nearby (at a neighbor’s house for example).
In the case that the product is not delivered, please contact us at support (at) corgious.com and someone from our team will get back to you.
Only one of my items came in the package. Where’s the rest?
Orders for multiple items may arrive separately. That will not cost you extra! Let us know if there is still something missing after waiting patiently a bit longer and we will look into it.
I ordered a long time ago and still haven’t received my items?
Please send us an email at support (at) corgious.com and we will handle it.
If your package has been lost in shipping, we will send you another one for free or just give you a refund if you don’t want to wait anymore.

What about taxes and Import fees?
Goods usually go through customs and you will have to pay import fees and if applicable taxes on receipt. The rules and regulations vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details. Any unclaimed or undelivered packages will not be refunded. If a package is damaged during transit or undeliverable/unclaimed and returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the shipping company and Corgious.com.
